Why take mortgage advice? Print E-mail

Our mortgage advice service makes decision making as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 by following our time tested process below :

1. Finding out all about you
All APH trained advisers need to find out what ticks your boxes.  We'll want to learn more about your current situation, your earnings, any debts that you may have and details of the property you are buying or re-mortgaging.  With this detailed information we can properly understand your aspirations and needs and highlight the best way to move forward.  Your adviser can explain the different types of mortgage that may be right for you and discuss the relevant merits of each.

2.  Finding the best solution for you
Once we have a good understanding of your individual circumstances, we'll search through all of the available mortgages from the whole market to find the right one that meets your needs.  Legal & General Mortgage Club have a lot of clout with the major lenders having arranged over £200 billion of mortgages since 1995, so let us take advantage of this power for your benefit.

3. Making it all happen
Because we have such good relationships with lenders, we can often make things happen at a quicker pace than if you were dealing with matters on your own.  We know the right people to speak to and how they make their decision and we can use our influence to help meet specific deadlines.  We aim to keep you informed every step of the way which will involve chasing surveyors for valuations, dealing with the lenders to obtain a firm offer, talking to your solicitor to keep everything on track, and confirming exchange and completion details.

Once we're at the finishing line, you'll really start to experience the strength of APH's service to you.  We'll keep you informed of important developments in the mortgage and housing market place such as new offers, changes in base rate and legislation that could well have an effect on you personally.

APH Financial's typical fee for arranging your mortgage is £250

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
