APH Overview

Independent mortgage advice can help you make sense of the many different home loans available today. Your APH adviser can also advise you as to whether an interest only or repayment mortgage is best for you, a fixed or variable rate, a discounted or tracker rate mortgage or a more flexible current account or offset mortgage. We will also advise you on the associated mortgage protection products that may be required whilst guiding you through all the other mortgage decisions that need to be made.

For insurance business we arrange policies exclusively from Legal & General.

With the number of mortgage choices available (more than 1,000 different deals from more than 100 lenders)  your APH adviser can give you personalised independent mortgage advice for your specific needs. We have access to the latest mortgages and through our association with Legal & General Partnership Services Limited we have access to exclusive mortgages that may not be available through high street lenders. We can provide invaluable mortgage advice, pointing you toward the most appropriate deals and highlighting any early repayment charges and added costs.
Whether you’re a first time buyer looking for mortgage advice, an experienced home mover or a current home owner looking to remortgage, you can really benefit from a meeting with an APH adviser.

Normally no fees are charged for mortgage advice, however, depending on your circumstances we may charge a fee of up to 1.5% of your loan amount.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
